I’m Cecelia North – Trauma Informed LIfe Coach
As a certified life coach dedicated to helping people heal from trauma, I help people find deeper meaning in their lives. I create a safe, supportive space for growth—where you’re free to explore your past, reclaim your strength, and move forward with clarity and purpose. My work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and the belief that even in our hardest seasons, transformation is possible.

My Five-Point Program to Growth:

Recognition
Healing begins with Recognition of the impact of trauma on your life. This first step is about becoming aware of how past experiences have shaped your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Recognition empowers you to take control of your story and sets the foundation for the transformative journey ahead.
Release
Once you’ve recognized the effects of trauma, the next step is Release. This is about allowing yourself to process and let go of the emotional weight that trauma has created. Through mindful practices, you’ll begin to release the guilt, shame, anger, and fear that may have been holding you back, creating space for healing and growth.

Reframe
After you’ve released the weight trauma has created, it’s time to Reframe your mindset and change the way you view your trauma and pain. This doesn’t deny your experiences, it simply reframes them in a way that empowers you to move forward. This step is all about shifting from “why did this happen to me? ” to “how can this transform me for good?”.
Rebuild
The mindset shift is one of the most important steps in the healing process. After recognizing what needs to change, releasing the weight of trauma, and reframing your mindset for growth, it’s time to Rebuild your life for good. This step is all about restructuring your habits, implementing healing strategies, and establishing healthy boundaries.

Embody your transformation and Radiate the new emotions you feel after your journey through the Five Star Healing Program. After doing the internal work (Recognition, Release, Reframe) and building a life that reflects your true self (Rebuild) you’re no longer just surviving – YOU’RE SHINING!
